A COUNTDOWN JOKE
I fancied some salad for tea so went into the greengrocers to buy all the stuff you have with it. There was a small queue there and shortly after that, I turned round and it was only Liam Herringshaw, who has currently put a run of wins together on Countdown.
Well it got to my turn and the assistant ignored me and went straight to Liam.
I said, "Oi! I was before him..."
But the assistant said, "Sorry, he's the current Countdown champion so he gets first pick of the lettuce.."
*Well I liked it.
